Taylor Rohatinsky, Ethan Peterson Score 28 Points Apiece In Distance Races By Doug Binder, DyeStat Editor Taylor Rohatinsky led Lone Peak to the 6A girls team championship with wins in the 800 meters (2:10.65) and 1,600 (4:49.16) and she was second in the 3,200 meters (10:39.74). Lone Peak scored 106 points to win the girls 6A title. The team won the 4x800 in 9:25.66. Amare Harlan of Fremont won the 6A girls long jump with 19-3. Corner Canyon won the boys 4x100 and 4x200 on the way to winning the 6A team title with 116 points. Ethan Peterson of Farmington edged Carter Cutting from Corner Canyon to win the 6A 800 meters final, 1:53.27 to 1:53.78. Peterson also won the 1,600 in 4:09.24 and teammate Ryan Bennett was second (4:10.18). Seth Wallgren of Southridge prevented a Peterson sweep of the distance events as he won the 3,200 meters in 9:05.26. Peterson was second in 9:06.62. Farmington also edged Snow Canyon in the 4x800, 7:43.28 to 7:47.40. Bo Hickman of Snow Canyon won the 4A boys javelin with 199-8.
